By accessing or using Infinite Pod (dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.

2. Description of Service

3. Subscription Service

Our service operates on a subscription-based model. Users subscribe to monthly plans that provide access to generate language learning podcasts.

3.1 Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of content hours that determines how much content you can generate per month.

3.2 You can schedule how much content you want generated per day or month, subject to your plan's monthly content hour allocation.

3.3 Generated podcasts remain accessible in your account regardless of your subscription status.

3.4 Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (typically monthly) according to your selected plan. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

3.5 If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to previously generated content, but new content generation will stop until you reactivate or subscribe to a new plan.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Infinite Pod (dev), including audio podcasts, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use this content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Pod (dev) and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these terms and, where appropriate, notifying you by email.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
