2. Subscription Service
Infinite Pod (dev) operates on a subscription-based model where users subscribe to monthly plans that provide access to generate language learning podcasts. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following refund terms.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our service, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable time frame.
- Service Availability: If our service experiences extended downtime (more than 168 consecutive hours) during your active subscription period.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same subscription period.
- Trial Period: If you cancel during your trial period, you will not be charged.
4. Refunds
4.1 Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun and content generation has occurred.
4.2 If you experience technical issues that prevent the proper generation of content, you may be eligible for a refund or credit for the affected billing period.
4.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
4.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will stop future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise specified in this policy.

- Your account email address
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant information or screenshots that support your request
6. Refund Process
We will review all refund requests within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following situations:
- For subscription periods where content has already been generated and accessed.
- If the refund request is due to a change in your personal circumstances unrelated to our service.
- For reasons not covered under the eligible circumstances outlined in Section 3.
- For subscription downgrades or cancellations after the billing period has started (unless covered under Section 3).
8. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Previously generated content will remain accessible in your account after cancellation.
9. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
